We believe that our products speak for themselves and want to give you a chance to find out for yourself.
So if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to 30-days from the date of purchase to return your Citizen Bike for a full refund.
Shipping bikes is expensive, though, so we do have a one limitation: we are unable to reimburse the shipping charges. Selling our bikes direct to you does require sending them by ground delivery. Though we try to offer the fairest prices we can for ground shipping, we cannot offer free shipping or refund shipping charges. It's another way we try to guarantee the best value.
We also believe that you want to get a lot of enjoyment out of your new bike. Therefore, we also offer a 1-year warranty on our bikes. Please read the details on our FAQs and Policies page.

Everywhere we went (and we went everywhere) in Bermuda all the locals asked us about the bikes. They were a big hit with the crew and other passengers too. The real plus was that in Bermuda it costs $17 a day to rent a peddle bike plus $25 a day mandatory insurance. So the bikes almost paid for themselves on this trip.
